Melanie and her family moved to Helena in late 2011.  She is married to a Veteran and both come from many generations of military members and contributors. An opportunity to serve these men and women is close to her heart. She worked in the lending and title industries in the Phoenix market for 15 years. One of her specialties was underwriting FHA and VA loans. As an owner of 406 Properties, Inc., a local property management company, she brings well rounded experience to the Helena area as a licensed REALTOR®. Obtaining the Military Relocation Professional (MRP) certification further supports her commitment to being well educated and serving our military members.
